DT Chiropractic was founded in 2009 when Dr. Daniel Turner, D.C. left a high volume car accident practice in Orange County, California to focus on treating elite athletes. Dr. Turner saw an unmet need for high level athletes to benefit from extra care above a typical chiropractic adjustment. His belief that nerves, bones, and muscles are all interconnected and that treating just one aspect of this was not the most beneficial treatment to these athletes. Focusing on this extra care allowed him to build a very successful practice, treating gold medal Olympians, as well as semi-pro and professional athletes of different sports. He worked with athletes from the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and the Los Angeles Kings, among many others. His time commitment and dedication to his family helped him decide to relocate to Georgia in 2013.

Dr. Turner opened the Canton, GA office in 2013, with a focus on families, car accidents, and sports injuries and performance. This practice grew to be the “go-to” office for outstanding care. In January of 2022, DT Chiropractic opened up their Cartersville, GA office to great success. This success has allowed DT Chiropractic to open up their third office in Rome, GA. Dr. Ryan Petrini, D.C. and Dr. Christopher Davis, D.C. have both joined the practice over the years allowing DT Chiropractic to help many more patients.
